  • Payment information (processed and stored securely by Stripe — we never hold your card details directly)

  • Music files, project files, and audio content submitted for mixing, mastering, or mentorship feedback

  • Communications sent to us via email, Discord, voice note, or text message

When you visit our websites, certain information is collected automatically, including:

  • Mentorship students: We retain your intake form, call records, and feedback communications for the duration of your program and up to 2 years after completion.

  • Mixing and mastering clients: We retain your submitted audio files and project correspondence for up to 1 year after delivery of the final master.

  • Email and SMS subscribers: We retain your contact information until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

  • Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use our services within a secure environment and do not share your login credentials or personal information through unsecured channels.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

No. Our products and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has submitted personal information to us, we will delete it promptly.

Email and SMS Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. To opt out of SMS communications, reply STOP to any message. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to active orders or services.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track (DNT) setting that signals your preference not to be tracked. There is currently no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals. We do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals. If a recognized standard is adopted, we will update this policy accordingly.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
